Mr. Laundryman's technician was knowledgeable and professional. He phoned to let us know he was running AHEAD of schedule and arrived before the start time of the appointment window. He pinpointed the problem (a regulator), fixed it and tuned up the washer at no extra charge. We will call this company again with any large appliance problems and we will ask for Mr. Laundryman.
