Good: Troy, the plumber that came out to my house was extremely helpful and spent a solid 20 minutes explaining to me the hard water in my home and how the softener he was installing worked. He had the entire install done quickly and spent time afterwords answering all of my questions.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Nothing really at this time.. Other: They also fixed my sprinkler system after 2 years of not working. I had another company come out and look at it and wanted to charge me almost 800 dollars for the repair. Troy showed me that it was a simple repair and it cost me less than 200. it now works perfect.
