Ellie Vayo has been taking photos of my softball teams since I was 5. She always did a fine job. When she did my senior pictures I just didn't think she was as great as everyone expected her to be. Now, after having worked with exceptional photographer for my wedding, I realize that Ellie is really just average. Her prices are pretty high compared to some of the other photographers in the area so I expected quality service. Additionally, I had some problems with their retouching of my photos and didn't receive good customer service. It seems that everyone is nice until you have a problem, then they're not so friendly anymore.
