Here's the real kicker -- They delivered them IN PERSON!! And for the record, he's an incredibly nice guy. He apologized again and told me that the replacement bouqet was made up of some of the longest-lasting flowers in the business. It's gorgeous, and I'm fairly certain that they really will last a long time.
