I must have been VERY lucky - this is the first time I've used a plumbing service. Sonny listened to my explanation, asked a few questions to clarify the problem and went to work. Keeping my home clean was important to him - through the whole process. Once he had cleared the line with the power snake, he pointed to a possible point of concern and told me how to proceed to get it cleared up. The work was written up prior to starting and made clear to me before he began the work. We went over the write-up and his additional findings at the conclusion. Sonny was epitome of business all the way and yet not distant. My wife felt comfortable - which is unusual. If I need work in the future, I'll call them and ask for Sonny.
