I have always had good luck in Payless. I have found many good deals there. They seem to almost always be running a special often buy one get one free specials. They have infant, toddler, children, men and womens footwear. They have shoes, boots, sneakers and even slippers. They also carry womens handbags. The prices are great even if there isn't a sale going on. I'd definatly buy my footwear there over and over.
