Please ignore all of the reviews that talk about good pricing! They go by the "book". This sounds good, but in order to fix a handle that was stripped on my shower (that was still usable at the time) they quoted me almost $900! Their secondary fix was $320. After I refused service, he said he would have to charge a diagnostic fee of 49.99 for coming out. I specifically asked if they charge a fee for qouting and was told no when I called to have him come out. After a while he came back with a cheaper solution at the price I named as my lowest, $175. It took him about 20 minutes total to replace my "cartridge", which is a 20 dollar part. While its fixed, I feel a bit cheated being charged 425/hr because I fell for bait and switch tactics. Avoid at all costs.
