I have used the service department at Jay many times over the last 2 years that I have been in Columbus. They have always bee very courteous and professional. When my wife takes the vehicle in for service I trust their diagnosis and recomendations and have always found their services to be reasonable. I know people only tend to report the bad experiences but all of our experience has been great. I would recommend their sales and service to anyone.
