Tokoharu provides a fusion of Chinese and Japanese Food, and each meal is always delectable and warm. Also, with takeout, Tokoharu adds in a tiny bag of honey rice cake cubes, and a small bag of fried noodles, and essential to any soup. Food is prepared delicious, and has a gourmet taste to each and every bite. I highly recommend Tokoharu for an inexpensive, high-quality meal.
