I recently aquired a used Toyota and I have taken it into this Toyota a few times for repairs and maintenance. Their service is very friendly and they are very quick to get you answers and get you your car back. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey but I guess that you can expect any dealership to be pricey when it comes to major repairs. Good thing they send out coupons and they also take competitor toyota coupons for service :)
