We had to drop our dog off a full two days before our actual appointment, but they were happy to take her anyway. When we got her back she was glossy (thanks to a recent bath), brushed out and had a cute bandana around her neck (shes a golden retreiver). In fact, I don't think she wanted to leave when we came to pick her up. They took great care of her and we'd go back again!
