I took my dog here and we were one of the unlucky ones to see a vet that lacked in any form of compassion and didn't even listen when I spoke..she was abrasive with me and not gentle with my dog.. She took a muzzle out the moment we walked into the room (a 7 lb yorkie that had never bitten anyone) before she even looked at him and then commanded me to put him on the floor so she could see him walk...she was just nasty. I wrote a letter complaining and never even heard back from them. Their prices were through the roof expensive and I really have no idea what I paid for..it wasn't compassion that's for sure.
