Cheap apartments that are running down for cheap ($400 for 1 bd). Located right off expressway for convenience, but not really close to anything else. It's located on a service drive. The buildings are old and run down, need a lot of work, but you can get a 2-bedroom here for the price of a 1-bedroom elsewhere. Pets are limited to cats, but management doesn't care.
