I always get something on my tan rug and I don't like to shampoo it myself because I don't want it to fade. So I have professionals do it. I decided to call Affinity. They took my payment over the phone before they came out to the house. They accept Master card and Visa. Which is really helpful. When they arrived I showed them the rug that needed to be done and they went right to work. As they worked on the rug, their machines were quiet enough to talk. They carried on a conversation with me while they finished up. They were done in no time. They charged me a really fair price. You get what you pay for so I rather pay a little extra. I would recommend them to anyone.
