We got starbucks one morning and everyone at one point started running around and in a hurry. I was running out of the door and dropped the drink just because I was in a hurry. I was frustrated with myself but I had to schedule an appointment with you guys. You were great, you came out that same day and solved my problem. The carpet looks so much better not only where the coffee was spilled but throughout the whole house.
