Honestly in the beginning i thought hunting for an apartment in NYC was going to be a nightmare again. Then I came across from one of the listings from Alpha contacted them, saw apartments ( Variety.....) turn in all the paperwork they needed from me and my guarantor. Then when I finally decided for an apartment they did their thing and boom done deal.
