This is the only place that I know of in Lafayette that would agree to do diagnostics and laptop repair. They don't do it themselves, but send it off somewhere, but that's better then just getting rid of a laptop because you dont' know what happened to it. The timeframes are reasonable, as well as diagnostics prices. It was actually much better than even working anything out with the manufacturer, and much less hustle.
