Andrew Michaels Spa & Salon was very disappointing. My 1 hour massage started over 30 minutes late- with no apologies or explanation. I requested a female, yet got a male staff, which I was a little uncomfortable with. There was no water left or tea to choose from in the waiting room- and no one around to ask if they would get me some...overall a bad experience.
