My apartment's deadbolt had been getting stickier over the years, and over the past few weeks it had become much harder to get in my own door. I hadn't been able to get any copies of keys to work. I called Sherlock Security & Key and they came the same day I called, I blinked a few times, and the locksmithy had re-keyed the thing easy as pie. He kindly showed me what goes on inside a deadbolt (lifelong curiosity satisfied). Plus now I (and my neighbors) don't have to feel like I'm breaking into my own house every night. Excellent service and the technician is super sweet.
