I called Homesense during the ice storm because my Bryant furnace had gone out. They sent a great technician who was very polite to my wife, and solved the issue quickly. They had our furnace working again in less than an hour, and had a great price, didn't charge us for the trip. I haven't had to shop HVAC too many times, but I won't be calling anyone else now.
