I was in the process of getting estimates for new windows an I called a million times, left messages, etc. Finally after 2-3 weeks I received a call back. I really had given up on this company, but as a last ditch effort, let them come give an estimate...they showed up a day and a half after the initial appointment, left, said they would have an estimate in the morning. Called 3 weeks later w/ an estimate, which was pretty decent, when I asked fro details on certain things, they were going to get back with me and I heard from them 2 months later after already having my new windows installed by another company. What can I say? Don't use them for windows or it will take 5 years!!!
