NIFS – National Institute for Fitness and Sport - is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing human health, physical fitness and athletic performance. NIFS’ Fitness Center offers over 80 group fitness classes, a 200 meter rubberized running and walking track, and NBA regulation-sized basketball court.
