We bought our used piano from a Brook-Mays store. The Katy location didn't have the piano we wanted, so we had to go to North Houston, but the salesman was very friendly and knowledgable. He didn't try to push us to buy a piano we couldn't afford, but he did let us know the basic facts about piano buying. I would definitely go back to Brook-Mays anytime for additional services.
