I use this bank for my mortgage and their rates are competitive, the closing costs are reasonable and they are easy to deal with. Fred is a friendly and easy to deal with mortgage officer and the people who do all the paperwork are just as accomodating. You aren't just a number to them. they want to earn your business and they don't go out and sell your loan on the open market 5 minutes after you've signed the deal.
