Spoiled is decorated in white and pink which instantly feels very girly and "spoiled" in a bratty sort of way. The staff are very warm and welcoming, however the princess treatment ended there.
I had an appointment for 2pm and waited in the lovely lobby until almost 3pm until someone could see me. This made me really angry because I don't have all the time in the world to sit and wait for treatments.
When I finally got into a massage room the technician didn't know why I was there. I told them I was there for a massage and after I undressed I was left in the room alone for another half hour. The room was cold, so I found it hard to relax.
I won't be going back to be spoiled again.
Bottomline: Spoiled spoiled my day!
