I used McPuff upon my homeowners' association to clean my chimney and dryer vent. The technician was asked to inspect both and clean, if necessary. I thought they'd definitely say both needed cleaning because they get paid more for that, but to my surprise, the sweep said only the dryer vent needed cleaning and the chimney was fine. The sweep was prompt and efficient. The dryer line in my house is complicated and he took the time to clean it right (looks of twists and turns). My dryer now functions better. I thought the prices were extremely fair.
