This used to be my favorite place to go!!! However, our last three visits have been BAD!
The food is great. I am a sucker for their Peach Margs.
BUT, the service is just terrible. From a cursing waitress to taking over an hour to get our food.
For me, going out to eat is not just about the food. It is about how you are treated. When we are paying over $15 in gas just to get there, I expect it to be a fun experience.
I contacted the manager of this particular store and he promised me that he had mailed me gift certificates (never got them) and offered for us to come in on him. I don't feel like I should have to go in and say to the waitress, "um, yeah. Ted said that he would comp our meals. Can you tell him we are here?" Please....
