The atmosphere is so relaxed (not that I've seen a stressed out dive shop) and the people here are top notch. They really know their stuff and love what they are doing. Ed, the owner/manager, is really a great guy and I never had any problem working with him or his employees when preparing for a dive.
They had plenty of trips planned so that it was easy to get my certification. I originally took the class as a college course, but the course did not allow certification (you had to do that separately). Ed and Dave were absolutely wonderful to work with and helped me every step of the way (even when I got nervous or nauseas coming up from a dive).
Definitely take the Pennekamp Reef trip to Key Largo!
