Cox advertises great deals on the tv, but rarely do those deals end up being such a good deal. They have lots of hidden charges, and their billing is really hard to understand. It seems like they tend to rip you off a bit. The call in support system isn't much help either as the employees are usually rude. I wouldn't recommend them to many people unless they have to go with them. Our apartments had made a deal with them and we could only get Cox cable. So we had no choice, but I would shop around if I was able to.
