Called these guys to move some pipes and was told that my washer could pump up two stories. Check up on this with manufacturer and was told this was a fantasy. DIdn't use them.
The company does offer discount coupons in the local newspaper insert and they have been in business for decades in Fort Wayne, so it may be that the workers who visited my home were new or were temporary workers at this company.
