I have been going to Chuck's (Charles, the owner) for the last 6 years now. I can honestly say that I have never been dissatisfied! I usually head to Chuck for my cuts and Fran for highlights or any coloring. The staff is quite amiable and go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. It is the type of place that allows you to kick back, relax, and be confident that you are getting a quality cut by quality people! I gladly recommend Charles Hair Time to anyone, from families to college students such as myself. I am a very picky person when it comes to where and how my hair is cut, but I know that I can count on great service and friendly people when I go to Charles' place.
