Crums installed a HVAC its been great for 3 years. We had a problem during Florida's record setting cold weather. Tech polite and friendly. But that where it ends. They said the could not locate the part so 2 weeks with out heat. I went to Shoreline Distributors on Hanging Moss and they had the part off the shelf and installed it in 30 minutes? We paid Crums tech $89 and he never returned. I was also a sucker for the maintenance program at $125 each year if they cam or not.
