A store like this depends on the satisfaction of its customers. People who frequent this kind of store usually have questions. The staff at this store do not have good answers for people like this
Not a good choice. I also asked for a sample of fabric once and they were not accomodating at all even when I told them I needed to match it to the bedroom furnishingings. Most other fabric stores will gladly cut a thin strip for you, but not the Rag Shop!!
