I have lived at one of the apartments at Uptown Locators for almost 5 years and think its great! I have never had a problem. My utilities are running me about $1250 a month, so I dont know what Chris could be talking about. Every time i invite friends over they are amazed at how cool the space is. As far as I am concerned, its the best deal in town.
