My family moved here from Minnesota so we had never been to Library our of state before but we were sure impressed with the selection of not only books but the huge assortment of books on tape/cd's! The Summer reading program worked so well for keeping our boys on track during their break and the incentives they gave the children every time they reached a certain level was more than generous. When ever we go on a long trip I always stop by and check out some family books on tape. It really helps the time to pass and gives us lots to think about along the way. It doesn't cost you anything to check out items and you can always use their automated phone system if you need more time to return them.
