Ironwood Place Apartment is really good for people who work at Pfizer because it is just across the street. Many UM students (like us) chose to live there because it's not too far from campus either. Walking distance to Kroger, Blockbuster, and Ann Arbor Public Library. You have dryer and washer at home. Central airconditioner. The houses are pretty new. They are less than 20 years old. The rent does not include any utilities. You have to pay all the utilities yourselves.
