Jay has been our insurance agent for 11 years now. He also handles things for all of my husband's family. Our rates are very competitive and he has always given us every discount available on our policies. He returns phone calls and emails promptly and is always quite professional. We've never had any trouble with claims, even after a couple of fender-benders and some minor damage on our home due to winter ice jams.
