Have used Pioneer Internet for the past few years for our internet connection We have a dial up connection only because our area is not wired for the high speed yet.. In their service they provide us with a spam blocker and a virus blocker. I have used their technical workers many time to help me solve a computer problem. They also provide a repair service which we have used on two different occasions. I am very happy with this service and until I can get the high speed connection I will continue to use them
