Belk Department Store is located in the Cleveland Mall at 2001 East Dixon Blvd. They sell high quality items. I love their men's department for clothing, and, well, I love their women's department for clothing, too. LOL! I buy a lot of my clothing from there because I get more compliments on the items more than anywhere else. I love going to Belk's because of their cosmetics as well. I highliy recommend this place.
