Just a short walk after you park your car, Robert Moses has a clean white sand beach, less crowded than Jones Beach. You can even take a moderate walk along the boardwalk past the lighthouse and visit Fire Island. There are instructional panels on the plant life as you walk along. Great beach! Well worth a visit!
