I sent a friend of mine a box of 20 cans of baby formula. She's got twins and needs all the help she can get. Thankfully I had insurance on the package because she got it all damaged and 7 cans were MISSING! Someone had ripped open the box, took cans out and then retapped as if we wouldn't notice the bad job they did on retapping it. It's a pain filing a claim but hopefully I'll get my money back.
