I have no idea what the name means, but man, they have some good food there! This is a review for the one on Skyland in Tuscaloosa near the Walmart Supercenter. (In the lot where Radio shack once was and now America's Thrift Store is as well as China Buffet)
I haven't gotten too many of the items on their menu, because I fell in love with the steak and chicken fajitas (they come with some shrimp too on top, that have chili powder or something on them. GREAT!!), so I usually get the "fajitas for two" when with someone. The food there is pretty authentic and they make the salsa and tortilla chips (which you are served upon sitting at a table for an appetizer) themselves, and they are really good. They serve drinks as well, so I usually get the margaritas.(Yum!)
The service is good, the restaurant is cozy and clean, and the servers/owners are just great!
