This is a small company run by two people. The man who I always dealt with was extremely nice. I had my car and homeowner's insurance through them. He worked with me to keep my car insurance premiums low. The reason I stopped going their was I worked in Princeton and when they needed paperwork from me, I always had to drop it off. So I had to leave work to give them the papers instead of faxing the docs or emailing them. They did not have late hours at the time but that was 4 or 5 years ago.
