Their customer service is very POOR. I had to return an item and had to go through alot of hassle doing it. They kept acting like I stole it because I didn't have a receipt. If you ever have to return their OVERpriced items make sure you have a receipt or they will only give you a portion of the price that's actually listed on the item. They use price tags with Hobby Lobby printed on them and stuck to them.
