The Chester County Library continues to expand via branch locations, but the location in Exton, PA is so comprehensive, it merits a wonderful rating. Their selection is the best of any library I've ever been to, they have upgraded their check out systems to get people in and out through self check out and there are always plenty of places to sit, read, and study. They have a very nice children's section, as well.
