Every person I've encountered here is flat and unhelpful. I've gone to the photo counter on a couple of occassions with questions, only to not be able to find anyone who can answer my question, and getting the run around about when someone who could would be available. While the store itself is clean and well stocked, I find the service so appalling, I go to a different store even if it is slightly out of my way.
