Our air-conditioned flea market closed a year or so ago. Now in the summer months we have to go to Fleamarket USA, which is not. They do have fans but that doesn't always help. I would suggest going when they first open.
There are different streets with lots of booths. You can buy most items there. The prices are on par with Wal-Mart and the dollar store. I haven't found them to be any cheaper.
With stores you can return your goods for cash. Here they don't always give a receipt and often will only exchange.
