You can phone ahead or just show up for the 1 hour tours. I believe ours was around 3.00 p.m.
These are unwanted animals that probably would not be around if it wasn't for this place. You are asked for a $20 donation and it is worth every penny.
I just loved the tigers and couldn't get enough of them.
