Situation: I was moving my belongings from a storage unit to a high rise condo. During my move to the storage unit, my belongings were carelessly thrown into the storage unit. Additionally, there were several damaged items as well.
The Good: Top Fairfax Movers showed up on time, with four people in tow, and were ready to inspect items and repack them if needed. They carefully inspected items and discussed items that needed repair.
They were great and I was so thankful they did it.
The Great: When we got to my condo, they went above and beyond to ensure that my table, bed, and other items were put together correctly. I was missing some screws to my dining table and they helped to identify screws that could be used. My mirror was crooked and they straightenend it out. Again, they went above and beyond.
