I have been 'trying out' cleaning services - (this is what I told my husband so I could keep getting the house cleaned). 1st Choice Cleaning was exactly that -1 cleaning person to clean my house. She cleaned the toaster oven - I usually just buy a new one. She cleaned stuff I had totally given up on. My bill was $72 for 4 hours. They said that the first time would be like a 'spring cleaning' and the more regular cleanings would be shorter.
